You are only considered to have booked the equipment within your booking, or contained within the booking notes. If you require equipment that you have not booked and it is not available then unfortunately this will not be able to be provided to you.

If you make a booking and are not present within 15 minutes of the booking starting without informing the technical team (srestechnicians@essex.ac.uk) you may be considered as a no show and your booking may be cancelled.

When conducting work within any SRES spaces you are required to familiarise yourself with the risk assessments for the activities you are undertaking and you are responsible for ensuring that all participants have undertaken appropriate forms of consent and PAR-Q screening. You should always have this documentation with you in the lab when testing as it may be checked by staff. Failure to demonstrate suitable paperwork may result in you being required to stop the activities you are doing and leave the laboratory.

As a user of this system registered or otherwise you agree that if for any reason you are unable to use smarthub for the intended purpose then you will contact your store via telephone, email or in person to resolve the problem. Siso Software Limited are not responsible or liable in any way for any errors, damages or any other loss caused by your usage of this system. For the avoidance of doubt this includes any loss howsoever suffered including negligence or fraud except where such negligence causes death or personal injury.
